Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene for flexible applications and high adhesion
SBS is a block thermoplastic elastomer belonging to the styrenic family.
It is characterized by a flexible and workable structure that makes it ideal for applications requiring softness, elasticity, and chemical adhesion to various substrates.
Commonly used in co-molding, grips, footwear, soft-touch items, and flexible packaging, thanks to its ease of coloring, recyclability, and good mechanical resistance.
IonPlast offers SBS in various grades, also suitable for food contact, with customizable hardness and properties based on the intended use.
