Energy Efficiency
IonPlast also integrates the principles of environmental sustainability into the production phase. The plant is equipped with an 800 kWh photovoltaic system that provides clean energy, helping to reduce the overall environmental footprint of processing. This focus on efficiency is also reflected in the choice of raw materials, management of production cycles, and waste optimization.

The strength of our production system lies in its integrated automation. All stages-from ingredient weighing to mixing, from extrusion to packaging-are managed by a centralized computer system that monitors and records every processing parameter. This enables us to offer traceable, repeatable and customizable production with great precision, even for complex or tailor-made formulations.

Inside the plant is a quality control laboratory equipped with advanced instrumentation for physical-mechanical, thermal, optical and chemical tests. Each batch is verified before delivery, with checks conducted according to ISO and ASTM standards. This enables us to supply materials that conform, perform and are always reliable.
